Our Training Process

To become a Certified RESULTS Coach with us, you'll need to complete a six-month training program. Our methodology can create massive changes in an organization – and with the leaders you work with - but it takes time for you to learn all the nuances of what we've built.

We've divided our training into four parts.

KICK-OFF TRAINING IN KANSAS CITY

You start your coach training by flying into Kansas City and spending three intense days getting an overview of Drive Your People Wild. You leave training with your head spinning - and with your arms loaded with hundreds of pages of materials. Most coaches need a few days to digest what they've learned before they can begin using our methodology.

MASTERY GROUPS FOR 90 DAYS

Once a week for an hour, you'll meet in an interactive conference call to get a deeper understanding of the Drive Your People Wild philosophy. These Mastery Groups are designed to help you coach leaders to get results using our program. Lead by one of our senior trainers, you'll deepen your knowledge, learn how to overcome common challenges with leaders and build a strong community with other coaches on our team. Jennifer White will occasionally show up to share her experiences with you.

EXPERIENTIAL TRAINING IN KANSAS CITY

You'll then fly back to Kansas City to spend another three intense days developing mastery in your coaching skills. This is probably the most valuable of all our training. Not only will you spend three full days in live coaching demonstrations - where you're the coach - but you'll get honest, crucial feedback to your coaching style. This feedback is lead by our senior coaches and is quite a powerful experience. Does your style work with leaders? What skills do you need to improve? What skills do you need to use more? How do you show up as a coach? This training was not designed for new coaches, but for coaches who want valuable, much-needed direction on how they can improve their coaching abilities. We use the Drive Your People Wild methodology as the foundation for this training.

SUCCESS TEAMS FOR 90 DAYS

Once a week for an hour, you'll meet by conference call with your group for additional support and training. The Success Team agenda is created by the group to ensure you get all the support you need as you use this material with leaders. Some groups focus their attention on marketing, proposals and pricing. Others focusing on deepening their knowledge in coaching CEOs, and others on all parts of the Drive Your People Wild training.

Even though our initial training process is a six-month program, we strongly encourage our coaches to start working with leaders right away. Your learning is greatly enhanced if you're working with real people on this philosophy as you're being trained.

ADVANCED TRAINING

Once you've become a Certified RESULTS Coach with us, you'll then want to become a Senior Coach and eventually enter our prestigious Circle of Excellence. We've built a community of high-level masterful coaches, and you'll want to continue to build your mastery skills with us. We'll share more of this advanced training if you're accepted to our program.
