done. Our corporate coaching program is based on a simple four-step
process.
STEP
1: RESULTS Assessment
Before our Coaches can recommend proven strategies
to meet your goals, we need to know exactly what's going on in your
organization. Based on your environment and your budget, our team
will customize the assessment stage to identify what's preventing
your company from achieving its goals. You may go for an extensive
written report or a simple interview process. Your coach will help
you decide what's best for your situation.
Don't think we'll spend all your budget money
telling you what's wrong without putting together a solid implementation
plan. This step is just to help us identify what's right at your
company < and what areas need work. Together, we'll review the
findings and then create a coaching program tailored to your precise

this program is designed to be a comprehensive, long-term coaching
system.
Distraction is the real enemy of positive change...but
our professionals will help you engage your enemy and overcome it.
Again, this is an area where group and individual coaching can reap

We typically will work with your leadership team
as a group every four to eight weeks in a group setting while supporting
them with weekly individual coaching. We've found the combination
of group and individual work explodes the results your leaders will
get.

to support this work. Along with thousands of pages of materials

packed with helpful tools, you'll receive a monthly audio program
to support your leadership team throughout our work together and
