You may go for an extensive written report or a simple interview process. Your coach will help you decide what's best for your situation.

No, this program is designed to be a comprehensive, long-term coaching system.

We typically will work with your leadership team as a group every four to eight weeks in a group setting while supporting them with weekly individual coaching. We've found the combination of group and individual work explodes the results your leaders will get.
